The boys who come to us have encountered difficult circumstances at a young age, which has affected their view of themselves, of others, and of God. We strive to build these boys in all areas of their lives: body, mind, emotion and spirit.
Living on our beautiful campus gives our residents time and space to learn, grow, and heal. Currently we have a gymnasium, two baseball fields, a soccer field, a fishing pond, and pastures for horses, cattle and goats. We also have a dining hall and three cottages for living quarters for the boys and house parents.
Within the group-home structure, boys are given responsibilities to cultivate a solid work ethic and to build self-esteem. They are encouraged to participate in activities, have fun, and explore their individual interests. The boys participate in various school and community activities. We have boys involved with sports through school, recreational leagues, Scouts and JROTC. Some of our boys were able to go on mission trips to Nicaragua and Florida. All of our boys go to Christian summer camps that always have a positive impact upon their lives.
Boys Farm offers residents who are graduating from high school help in finding employment and continuing their education. In every sense, each child is "part of the family."
