Our children reside in cottages under the loving care of house parents who are dedicated to providing a nurturing, structured family environment. By modeling a Christian family lifestyle, we teach interpersonal skills, moral values, work ethics and citizenship. The boys attend regular church services, go to public schools, and are encouraged to participate in a wide variety of social and family activities. The boys receive regular counseling, and a "plan of care" is developed to address their specific needs. Each child's progress is monitored and the plan of care is updated biannually.

Many organizations recognize this need and take different approaches to helping with this serious problem. Boys Farm's environment and structure is in stark contrast to many other homes which are institutional in nature. The fact that our house parents are not on "shift" work, allows them to bond with the boys and to provide consistent high-quality, individualized care which closely models a true family. Our beautiful facilities and rural setting provide a stable and comforting environment in which needy children thrive.
